, INTRODUCTION
Following project is focused on preventing
Hospital acquired infections and plan to protect
patient against Hospital Acquired infections.
Patients of focus: Oncology Adult patients with
extended stay for chemotherapy induction
Hospital acquired infections are infections that
patient can get while receiving treatment in
the hospital
Prevention of Hospital Acquired Infections
becoming major concern in many hospitals
Safety of patient and protection of patient from
acquiring Hospital infections is requirement
Goal is to support health care specialist to be
more involved in prevention
