Mr. Barnes booked and checked in at the Servile Guest House on 20th
November, 2019 with the check-out date slated on 31st January 2020. During
this period a misunderstanding arose between the hotel and Mr. Barnes over
his conduct at the Guest House. This was escalated by their disagreement on
payment terms. Having known of your expertise on hospitality matters, both
the Hotel Management and Mr. Barnes call you in to enlighten them on their
right, obligations and various ways through which payment could be
recovered (20 Marks)
