Randomized Controlled Trial
CBT is effectief maar vaak niet beschikbaar door kosten of gebrek aan getrainde
therapeuten. Blended CBT zou kosteneffectief kunnen zijn en goed voor
behandelingsmogelijkheden.
Doel: kosten en effectiviteit testen van blended CBT versus normale CBT voor depressieve
patiënten in gespecialiseerde GGZ
Conclusie: Deze pilotstudie toont aan dat blended CBT een veelbelovende manier zou
kunnen zijn om depressieve patiënten te betrekken bij gespecialiseerde geestelijke
gezondheidszorg. Vergeleken met standaard CBT werd gemengde CBT niet als
kosteneffectief beschouwd vanuit een maatschappelijk perspectief, maar had een
acceptabele waarschijnlijkheid van kosteneffectiviteit vanuit het perspectief van de
zorgverlener. De resultaten moeten zorgvuldig worden geïnterpreteerd vanwege de kleine
steekproefomvang. Verder onderzoek in grotere replicatiestudies, gericht op het
