Teaching: Ideas taught by an authority Instructions are given to learners to do something (a certain activity) without going into to much detail in explaining what is expected of them. Teaching is done by an educator where learners are being taught and things are being explained in order to ensure that they understand what is expected of them. 2. Learning is conducted with a very specific outcome, thus making decisions for learning is so important. Decisions about curriculum, number of learners in the classroom, the times that school start, etc. 4.
