PERCEPTION OF CONSUMER TOWARDS LOCAL

, Introduction
In this study, perception of consumers towards local butcher shops is analyzed along with
other aspects. The study focuses on handling raw data collected from 35 respondents in a
neighborhood of London. Further, data collected from surveys is used for ginseng mean,
median, and mode. It helps in analyzing the response of consumers of meats along with
sanitization and service quality delivered by the butcher. Moreover, the data is manipulated in
excel using the auto-sum formula. The objective of the study is to address the handling of
data from surveys and analyzing its relevance in day-to-day life.
Raw data presentation
Auto format
The data obtained from survey is converted to the spreadsheet and the raw data is obtained
using Microsoft excel. As stated by Hartwig et al. (2018), it can be observed that the figure
provides raw data from the survey results.

Labeling of raw data
The raw data needs to be labeled accordingly to identify the various elements. In this option
provided for each question is labeled properly it identifies key elements. The figure
represents the raw data that are properly labeled.
