, I, a Business analyst of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) going to write this report to
Mr. Roger Eaton the CEO of KFC to provide a clear insight into KFC.
Introduction
KFC is the second largest chain of restaurants after McDonald’s based on the famous
brand for chicken and selling rate. The units of this restaurant are more than 19,000
that are operating in 115 countries. It was established in 1939 and because of quality
products, KFC became a multinational company providing its products through
globalization. The focus of this restaurant is on the foreign market, and per day the
restaurant is served approximately 8 million people around the world. The products of
KFC restaurant are Fried chicken, wings, BBQ chicken, grilled chicken, Nashville hot
chicken, and grilled chicken of Kentucky (Sin & Kai, 2019).
