Introduction
Oman Cables was founded by the Mr. Hussain Salman director and Mr. Mustafa mukhtar
chairman in 1984 the industry of cable in Oman is famous and well-known manufacture
cable in Oman and their offices in Qatar, Europe, UAE, KSA and Asia, the company is well
, stable in the countries of North African, Jordan, Kuwait, and sub-Sahara Africa and carry on
to create the new market. (industry, 2020) The industry of cable in Oman flourish
manufacture in markets are a completely united and wide range of the products of electric,
such as power voltage cables in medium, power of voltage is low and control the cables,
cables instrument, cables of the pilot, wires building and high power transmission with line
conductors, the industry also provides special features of cable, including are properties of
Flame Retardant, properties of low fume and smoke, cable with Sheaths of Anti-termite,
outer Sheath of Resistant UV and Lead Sheath. These features which are special and
appropriate for various types of conditions of environment and application as per the need of
the customer. The company of Oman Cables makes sure with their product provide the best
performance and, in the industry, increase the expectation of stakeholders and customers.

Human resource is among the most essential functions of any company that aims to achieve
significant advantage in the market. There are several internal and external features that
impact on the management of human resources. labor preparation, employee and their
relations, training and growth, and laws within their companies are elements which have a
direct effect on the effectiveness of human resources practices. Quality and efficiency of the
workforce and regulations of government are considered among the external factors that
affect the Human resources management. Technological advances and the level of
development are the internal factors that impact on Human resources. There are some other
internal elements, such as politics and power, management design, vision and objective,
business strategy, organizational scale and business performance.
Nowadays, in a challenging market world and globalization, there is a requirement for
employees' talents and competencies which can help companies with more efficiency and
profitability. HRM is largely influenced by external factors such as globalization, variety of
workers, growing skills needs, flexible workforce, employee satisfaction and also
technological change. Hence it is important for the company to recognize the aspects that
impact on the HRM. The purpose of this study is to examine internal and external factors
affecting HRM in Oman Cables industry.
There are several functions that HRM plays in the business organization. The strategic
partner with company goals is one of the main roles of HRM which aims to achieve
