1. Interest Disputes- Dispute relating to economic
interest of the employees, e.g., relating to wages,
incentives and other benefits, conditions of
employment
2. Rights Disputes- Dispute over the understanding,
interpretation, and application of the rules and
regulation which protect the rights of the
employees, e.g., relating to statutory rules, company
rules, collective bargaining agreements, employment
contracts etc.
