1.1. The millennial generation is the first indifferent lot of students who are
tech savvy, multitask most of the time and have a short attention span.
There are many different names for this generation and they are
believed to be very skilful in the newest technologies and are known to
be very tech smart.

1.2. There are 7 core traits, the first one is “special”, the millennials feel a
strong sense of purpose, and this helps them to be proactive in trying to
solve every day issues. Then second core trait is “sheltered”, as the
world advances it also creates a loop hole for more dangers that
surrounds those advances, resulting in an increase of parents protecting
and shielding their children. The third core trait is “confident”,
millennials have a high level of optimism as they see the speed at which
cooperate and technical advancements are being made. Increasing trust
develops between parents and the millennials looking at an optimistic
future. The forth core trait is “team-oriented”, this generation has deep
trust in friendships and relationships, this allows them to expand on
strong team building efforts. The fifth core trait is “conventional”,
millennials are always seeking new ways to make life easier, still
respecting the parent’s values and rules, and they choose to maintain it
with a slight difference to make everyday life easier. The sixth core trait
is “pressured”, the parents of this generation impose upon their children
strict rules and pressure in order to excel, avoiding a mediocre lifestyle
as they get older, this results in them making the most of any
opportunities that are afforded to them. The seventh core trait is
“achieving”, this generation has pushed themselves to excel
academically and maximises the use of all tools that are available as aids
in assisting them to attain high levels of success in their respective fields.

1.3.
1.3.1. Cooperative learning is when learners are put together and needed to
work together to complete a specific task/assignment and working as a
team/group means that each learner in the team has a certain
responsibility/task and each learner will be held responsible for the success of
the team and the completion of the task.

1.3.2. Assertiveness helps putting a stop to and solving conflicts. Assertiveness
is strength, especially during group work or tasks. It also assists delegation of
