The University of South Africa is a perfect study in transforming our educational system. 1.2 The first one would be infrastructure with regards to network connection it is very expensive, and government cannot cover the cost. The second one would be the lack of teachers wiliness to transform and move to the integration of technology cause some teacher are used to the manual way of doing thing and most are computer illiteracy which cause a huge challenge for integration to take place. And they feel threaten by the young up and coming teachers. In my school that I started working at the only people that uses the school system is the admin only. The principal himself you will not find even a computer or laptop on his desk. With regards to learners most learners are not willing to integrate since most learners have never in their life touched a computer. Now they get to matric and they are expected to use ICT this becomes a challenge to them. So, a lot of work needs to be done to integrate this system. 1.3 Schools need to do a rollout of induction and educational programs towards the learners and teachers. With regards to teaching learner from an early age how to use a laptop or a computer even teacher who are already in the system.
