DS clinical presentations are typical of Community Acquired Pneumonia which
presents as a cough which ranges from greenish to yellow to bloody mucous. The patients
are typical of fever of both extremes, mild or high.Shaking chills are also some of the
symptoms and shortness of breath that is common when exceptional activity is
accomplished like walking up the stairs. The community acquired pneumonia is a type of
pneumonia that is evident in patients who not recently been admitted to any heath care
facility but harbors the same type of clinical presentation as other types of pneumonia
(Goolsby & Grubbs 2015).
The patient could equally be suspected of influenza infection. The patient symptoms
share a section of clinical manifestation with influenza. Influenza is a viral infection caused
by three types of influenza viruses type A, B, and C while type A is the most common.It can
be subdivided into the seasonal, avian, swine and pandemic types. Influenza infection
manifest as Cough, Muscle or body aches, sore throat, persistent running and stuffy nose.
Headaches are also typical of influenza. The patient is equally in most cases fatigued and in
