• NKDA
• Last menstrual cycle June 25, 2021.
• History of irregular menstrual cycles.
• History of two (2) miscarriages during the first trimester.
• Speaks English.
• Does not have partner.
• Supportive family. Lives with her mother.
• Smokes cigarettes, 1 PPD.
