Lives with her mother. • Smokes cigarettes, 1 PPD. • Regularly smokes marijuana. • Drinks alcohol every day. Amount varies. • (+) for genital herpes. • Birth control-condoms and spermicidal foam. • Surgeries: None • Family Medical History: o Mother: 62 years old. Delivered three (3) children via cesarean birth. Diagnosed with hypertension around age 58. Takes medication. o Father: Died at age 60 from lung cancer. Heavy smoker.
