I apologize for the messy handwriting, I was not planning on sharing these notes
when I wrote them originally, I was also in a rush because there was a lot of
information to get into my head in one week :). If it’s difficult to read, you can try
zooming in, or let me know.
(there’s a little something at the end, so make sure to go through everything :D )

CRITICAL THINKING UPDATE: So I started nursing school September of 2020, and in
my first month I realized one of the textbooks covers pretty much everything you
need to know for Critical Thinking. I’ll put a link to the textbook here. You can use
the questions at the end of each chapter for practice (some of them are really
specific so don’t worry about them). You don’t need to read the whole book, but
definitely read the Patient Safety ch 27 and Communication ch 24 and Look over Unit 4
with ethics Professional standards, focus mainly on the patient privacy content.
Also, do the questions at the end! You can use this book to help understand topics
you miss in the quizlet practice questions later on in this review packet. Click
“Control, F” on your keyboard to get a search bar which will let you search for
keywords in the textbook. I had to update the book because there’s been a lot of
problems with it lately. You can go to this link and click GET at the top, it should
start downloading, this is where I got the book from:
http://library.lol/main/6BD259DD5E38E133AEF2C655EBA16DE4
, With the practice questions below, don’t worry about the in depth questions focus
on the more broader, like not super specific questions. These questions go with the
book not all of them represent hesi type critical thinking questions.
Here are more practice questions to go with chapter 27:

(if you have trouble please feel free to email me, my email is )
The book is called Fundamentals of Nursing by Potter and Perry (edition doesn’t matter)
I’m not sure why I crossed this out, but it’s part of vocabulary.
