have defined components of the intervention plan.
The purpose of this proposed project will be to develop an educational intervention and
implementation plan utilizing existing information from the CDC, vaccinate Indiana government
sites and Patient Point (PP). The implementation and evaluation plan developed with the
organization mission and values in mind by the collaborative team.

explanation is based. I don’t see anything you have handled here but since you didn’t have your
components well defined, you won’t get it right. You have provided strategies while what is
needed are the impacts of cultural needs in regards to the intervention plan you plan to use. What
is your target population, what’s their setting? How will the plan affect the cultural needs and
characteristics of the population you selected? And finally what assumptions did you use get to
your conclusions on the impacts that you foresee?
