Nursing is a challenging job that is the only meant for the strong-hearted. The kind of environment that nurses operate initial challenges and difficulty. During my interaction and studies, i have accumulated sufficient knowledge that has given me new strategies to overcome the challenges and complexities involved in the nursing field. The practicals i have been involved in over the time of my studies have helped me know how to deliver efficient services to the disadvantaged group of people in the community. Therefore, with my vast knowledge and experiences in dealing with different types of people or patients in a variety of health care settings. It has enhanced my professional and leadership skills. With the diversity in the nursing world, it is difficult to rely on an individual’s knowledge and training. The collaboration and cooperation of health practitioners are essential as it helps the nurses enhance their productivity which results in giving quality health care services to the patients. My experience in the medical field has enabled me to master the system, which makes it easy for me to provide efficient services to the vulnerable group of people. Providing services to the less fortunate gives me a sense of responsibility which presents me with high self-esteem. New Practice Approaches In the last decade, the nursing profession has undergone a couple of changes.
