(1) Soil
- Rich soils are not suitable for vine. The most suitable soil
for grapevines not only provides the necessary nutrients but
also allows the vines to develop deep root structures.
- So, porous, loose soil, well-drained soil, pebbly, gravelly
soil are the most suitable soil for grapevine growing.
(2) Grape variety
- There are many varieties of grapes are available. Each
variety has its own individual flavor, odors, texture and bouquet.
- Different grapes produce different quality wines.
