Introduction
The article title is, "Supply chain and logistics controller – two promising professions for
supporting transparency in supply chain management." By Justyna Dobroszek .The author's
thesis is the identification of occupational profiles of supply chain and logistics with the
promising professionals in the supply chain to examine what has required tasks undertaken and
competencies while considering the current trends (Dobroszek, 2020).
Facts
The author supports her thesis by explaining how a change in the environment affects the
supply chain dimensions, which is identified as the main cause why many other researchers
attempt to analyze and identify the challenges experienced in supply chain management. The
three important facts that we will discuss that the author has used to support the thesis are The
management of the supply chain focusing on the current challenges and dimensions (Saberi,et
al.,2019).The author identifies that it is important to observe customer service because customer
needs depending on the supply chain's management. In the supply chain, there is a dynamic
nature that is consistent with the resources in an organization.
Because of the constant changes that are experienced in the markets, which are
identifiable from several sources for example, political agendas, global sourcing, and customer
demands, can end up causing serious operation issues in the supply chain and logistics.
Therefore, it is important for organizations to be always prepared with a well-articulated risk
management plan to help an organization know how they can overcome the many disruptions
that can occur during operations (Saberi,et al.,2019). Organizations should consult companies
dealing with the development of software to enable there be effective management of issues.
Through the creation of a good supply relationship the author identifies that it can enable those in
