Ex- Many times Asian people from different countries react when they win at any event? Many times,
Asian people say they won because of the team's efforts & the support they have. But, Western
participants are a lot more comfortable saying it was their own hard work that paid off. The first factor here
is seen as humility sec confidence or arrogance based on what is appropriate in your culture!
● Personality and Gender
Ex- In India, we often hear girls should be soft, sweet, feminine instead of outspoken. We hear these rules
all the time as we grow up, & often try to follow them as well. Then they turn into a part of personality.
Freud's theory-
According to Freud, our nature and behavior are determined by irrational forces. Some of the
motivations that were not aware of and biological and instinctual drives play a role here as well. Our
instinct helps us to survive, grow, and get creative.
