Factors Contribute to Sleep Quality in University Students
This study focuses primarily on the factors contribute to sleep quality among students at University of Technology MARA (UiTM) Seremban. The factors mentioned in this chapter are stress, screen media use, sleep duration, and physical activity. The data was analysed using SPSS version 25 descriptive statistics. The study explains about the concept of sleep quality and others interrelated independent variables such as stress, sleep duration, physical activity, and screen media use. The study highlights that stress and sleep duration has a potential factor that contribute to sleep quality among undergraduate students. This chapter describes or defines the methods that must be followed in gathering data required for the analysis.
