Assalamualaikum W.B.T,
First and foremost, Alhamdulillah, as I am able until this day to be blessed in good condition and
able to finish my practical training that started from 19 July until 8 October 2021, which have been
a significant part of the subject ADS667. Praised to Allah again as I can have a chance to continue
with this report on this subject.
Next, special thanks were given to the Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang (MBPP) for their consent
to accept me to have a session of practical training over there. Thank you again for easing
everything from the start of my application until the last day of my practical training in a place with
such prestige as that.
A full opportunity was taken right now to mention. It delivered thousands of thanks to my practical
department, Unit Latihan & Kerjaya, Jabatan Khidmat Pengurusan. It gives me a whole new
experience at the workplace and increases my knowledge of what I did not know in the first place.
Also, special thanks to Mrs Roslinawati Binti Mohd Rashid as the head of the unit and other staff
for the warm hospitality given over there.
Save for the last is the two persons who already worked from the start, behind the scenes, Puan
Irwana Nooridayu Binti Muhamad Hakimi and Dr Siti Norfazlina Yusof, who is already guiding me
before the beginning of the practical training and even after I finish my duty over there. This two
non-stop manpower sacrifice a lot of their time and energy to give light to all students so that in
the end, we all can see what the meaning of success is. My deepest thank you is to them.
