Describe your results from your DISC assessment.
My results from the DISC are as follows: Dominance was a 12; it says that it is based
on being “motivated by winning competition and success.” (Cloverleaf, 2021) I want to do a
good job and get it done at work, not to win a prize. I want to be valued for what I do.;
Influence was a
25 it says, “motivated by social recognition, group activities, and relationships.” (Cloverleaf,
2021) It is always lovely to work in group settings to form relationships, but I am a person
that likes to work on my own and occasionally works in a group setting. I like that I can help
when I do work in groups and share ideas. Steadiness was 95 it says, “Motivated by
cooperation opportunities to help and sincere appreciation.” (Cloverleaf, 2021) I am a person
that likes to help in any area that I can. It makes me want to help even more when the person
I am helping appreciates what I am doing for them. Conscientiousness was 96. It says,
“motivated by opportunities to gain knowledge, showing their expertise and quality work.”
(Cloverleaf, 2021) I am always open to learning new things and expanding my knowledge
on things that I already know because there is always something new, I can learn, even on an
old subject. I also enjoy sharing knowledge that I have with others, especially if it is an area
they are struggling in.
