Subject: Addressing Unethical Culture Situations and Resolution
Introduction
Over the last few months, there have been some unethical organizational issues involving
the decision-making process of peers and subordinates. I would want to bring this matter to the
attention of the leadership. You should all be aware of the company's immoral culture. The
problems and remedies will be discussed in this document. Their ethical behavior must filter
down to all employees, which can only be achieved if the CEO, shareholders, and employees
work together. Unethical behavior must be avoided and eliminated by CEOs, shareholders,
managers at all levels, and staff.
Outlining the Issues
The way employees dress, collaborate with coworkers and customers, and engage with
their supervisors contribute to workplace culture. An ethical workplace prioritizes employee
rights, fair procedures, equity in pay and promotion and promotes tolerance, compassion, loyalty,
and honesty in customer and employee treatment (Meinert, 2014). The unethical behavior I have
