plan. This paper will develop and dissect an operational plan for a small-scale franchise named

Duties and Responsibilities of Le Tamaita'i
There are several duties and responsibilities in a pet services facility, but below are some
of the duties and responsibilities as indicated above. The president or chief executive of the
facility is in control and manages the whole operation. Liable for expanding management’s
effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining
managers, communicating values, strategies, objectives, and evaluating the organization's
success. The facility manager is in charge of the building maintenance and ensures that
everything is operating and running smoothly within the building and equipment. The human
resources or admin manager is responsible for training and evaluating employees, defines job
positions for the recruitment and interview process, and oversees the daily activities of Le
Tamaita’i. The veterinarian handles pets' treatment and provides medical advice and
recommendations to their health and welfare. The groomer and bather are in charge of cutting,
trimming, and cleaning the pets. The marketing and sales manager is in charge of supervising
implementation, advocating for customer's needs, and communicate with clients. They create,
execute, and assess new plans for expanding sales and document all customer information.
