A manager is theperson held responsible of theeconomic infrastructure of a company. A
manager looks into theday-to-day activities of an organization. Thelaw does recognize mangers
as holding responsibility of theother junior employees to them. A manger also provides advisory
facilities to thedirectors or rather theowners of a business. A manager also holds an advisory
opinion on when employees should be added and when their number is just enough (Curry,
2008). Themanager acts as theeye to theowner in a business. It is through themanager that
theinstructions of thebusiness owner get directly to thepeople. In thecase, themanager holds an
advisory role to theowner of thebusiness as well. He advises theowner on when recruitment of
new employees should be done. He gives an opinion on thecontracts that thebusiness has also got
into. Theowner seems not to have a clue on theconsumer effects of theproduct that he produces.
To seek such an advice it is therole of themanger to give it to him so that he can be briefed with
therisks that theproduct might cause to thepotential market.
Thesis statement
Theuse of fireworks exposes a consumer to a number of risks. Fireworks cause noise
pollution for instance that thus causes an environment not to enjoy thesilence peace. Fireworks
also produce fire that could lead to physical injury of a consumer as well (Gillies, 2004).
Thebusiness is not a large one and therefore theproducer will be advised to opt for thecasual
works contracts that are featured with short-term liability over an employee. Theowner having
thebusiness is also a bit a misguidance on his part. Thebest option that theowner can take is to
opt for a limited partnership, in thecase he will then become thegeneral partner hence enjoying
more rights than theother partners as well. Thepartnership will also help thebusiness to expand
