Areas of weakness related to nursing theory include humanistic learning, behaviorist
learning, cognitive learning, classical organizational, and neoclassical organizational
theories.
2. What have you completed to improve on the topic of “Nursing Theory”?
I have started making flashcards and I really feel it is helping with retention of
information. Also, I have been identifying the stem of the question and dissecting it.
This has been most helpful. I have completed readings and note taking over the
