The programme comprised of the following four modules:
o strategy and team building,
o customer relationship and business process,
o leadership and change management and
o operational excellence and quality.
The programme also includes other experiential learning applications like simulations
and on-the-job training at construction projects of cellular towers and has proven to be
highly successful.
