,ABSTRACT

The purpose of the study will be analyzing the digital banking strategies influence on the

performance of banks in Kenya. A study of Sidian bank Kenya limited. The objectives will be

establishing how the mobile banking, digital banking and Money transfer services strategies have

influenced the growth of the bank. This study will be carried out in Nairobi region. It will target

the staff categorized as Head office and branch staff. This categorization comprises of at least

115 staff with equal representation across head office and branch. The sample size will target all

the respondents across the bank branches and Head office in Nairobi region based on census

procedure. The researcher will use the mixed methodology approach and a descriptive research

design. Data collection will be conducted through both open and closed questionnaires. Analysis

shall adopt both the inferential and descriptive statistics. Regression model will be adopted to

establish the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. Analytical tool will

SPSS software. Finally, visualization and presentation of the results will graphical.
