scientists, to make sure that instructions are given and received the right way.
When communicating within a team is very important and makes the running smooth and
efficient. The work out by scientists and technicians relies on the structure

workplace and other important news. For example how to improve the health and safety in

When new people are joining the workplace or visitors that are visiting, it's very important for
them to hold an induction for them so that they can see the lab procedures and practices to
know how the workplace is run. This will help them and they will have wide ranging
information on different things and clearer understanding non safety hazards .
Another way to communicate with your work colleague is email which is faster.

Variable communication is the most important type of communication as it allows information
to be given directly to another worker. Verbal communication is understood more clearly and
further questions and data can be given for clarification if something may not be understood
in the first instance.

conveying new and existing workplace
issues/changes in company policy or health
& safety. It allows open forum discussion
amongst the members to clarify workplace
issues from every working perspective.
