Alors, comment combattre le stress ?
De nombreuses études ont prouvé les bénéfices de la lecture, qui aident à se
détendre et à réduire le stress. En plus, évitez d’allumer la télé sur la chaîne infos,
au risque de vous stresser davantage.
Cependant, le stress n’est pas toujours une mauvaise chose. Des sportifs disent
souvent que le stress les aide à triompher pendant une compétition. Les
personnes présentant un niveau modéré de stress avant de supporter une
opération chirurgicale récupèrent plus vite.
