MODULE: ETH302S MARKED ASSIGNMENT 2 OPTION 1 1.1. National:  Lack of excess to basic needs: one of the most significant barriers to learning remains the inability for learners to access other services which contribute to learning development. Example: If basic needs are not met many learners are unable to get the education they need, the learners with barriers will not be able to attend schools which value them and help them, and this will then lead to them not being developed in the right way.  Poverty and underdevelopment: The most obvious reason for poverty is unemployment and this factor has a huge impact on giving the etiquette education to learners with barriers. Example: If a learner which has a learning barrier comes from a poor home, this learner will not be able to attend schools which are able to give the help that is required. Usually institutes which provide the help are not all free and are very expensive. Provincial:  Factors which put learners at risk: Effective learning requires a good social and emotional environment and plays a role in learning. Example: If a particular province has some sort of social issue taking place this could affect learners attending school and in return them not getting the education especially for those who have learning barriers.  Inaccessible and unsafe
