Write or type your answer here: According to the ILO policy on occupational health and safety, “protecting workers and their families from the risk of infection needs to be a top priority”. This includes health risks from COVID-19, but also the financial security. Various measures of protection in the “workplace and across communities should be introduced and strengthened, requiring large-scale public support and investment” (ILO Monitor 1st Edition, 2020).
