He weighs 167 pounds and his height is 5 ft. 8”. He’s chief complaint was blurred vision and painful headache. Mr. A.M has no known allergies, and is a full code. He took his blood pressure CASE STUDY PRESENTATION 2 at home and it was 210/110. Mr. A. M’s has a following medical history: Mini stroke (TIA) in 2005, Diabetes type 2, Hyperlipidemia, Hypertension and Cardiac Stenosis in 2009. According to Schub and Avital (2018), “Hypertension…can lead to serious complications, including myocardial infarction, heart failure, kidney failure, and stroke”. The client is compliant with all the immunizations required for his age and receives a yearly vaccine of influenza, and a booster vaccine of TDAP every ten years. The last time the client received a medical examination was last year where he also received a dental, visual and hearing examination. His current
