change plan? –
Self efficacy, or believing that you can bring about a change, is important to have
in order to initiate behavior change. Locus of control is the extent to which
individuals believe that they can control events that affect them, and in order to
change you must feel in control. The goals need to be SMART so that they are
achievable, and don't set you up for failure from the beginning.
