My Physical Development Milestone – Conception to Adolescence
Like any normal human being, I have my fair share of physical development
milestones. Over the trajectory of time, a myriad of biological changes have occurred on
my body from infancy to becoming an adolescent. Through my dad’s aid and personal
reflection, I was able to recapitulate significant junctures of my life relevant to my
physical evolution. Prior to birthing, I was delivered normally weighing almost 3.2
kilograms and portrayed a holistic functioning sensory systems. Growth spurt was
evident between my 0-3 years and coordination of body movements were evident by
then. During early childhood, my father can recall how hyperactive and ecstatic I am as
a toddler. Numerous strokes and vague writings on our age-old cabinet can be a
thriving primary source of my memories and experiences within that period. When I
reached middle childhood, my hyper activeness skyrocketed that I even skip afternoon
sleeping routines just to play and have fun with neighbors. At school, my classmates
would dub me as the master player on games such as “slipper base,” jumping ropes
and “bagol-bagol.” Few years onward, my participation on childhood games somehow
fluctuated when late childhood came. Early signs of puberty became apparent from my
hair and chest to genitals to name some. Clearly, I develop self-consciousness on my
personality, appearance and behavior as well as self-doubts and insecurities emerged.
It was later during the peak of my adolescence where puberty did hit hard; a swift
increase on my height and weight and maturation of my face and genitalia. “Wet
dreams,” sexual explorations and experimentations were absolutely a thing during the
pinnacle of my early adulthood. Truth be told, I was able to reminisce glimpses of my
past, shared some laughs with my father and enjoyed as I make this activity.
