Richt zich op twee gebieden:
- Individueel gedrag
- Groepsgedrag

12.1.2 Doelstellingen van organisatiegedrag
 Verklaren, voorspellen en beïnvloeden van gedrag.

Welke gedragingen wordt er gekeken binnen een organisatie door een manager
- Arbeidsproductiviteit
- Verzuim
- Verloop
- Burgerschapsgedrag binnen de organisatie (Proactief deelnemen)
- Arbeidstevredenheid
- Wangedrag op het werk

12.2 Attitudes
 Evaluerende uitspraken, positieve of negatieve, over zaken, mensen of
gebeurtenissen.
3 componenten:
- Cognitieve component
 Het gedeelte van een attitude dat overtuigingen, meningen, kennis of
informatie omvat.
- Affectieve component
 Het gedeelte van een attitude dat emoties of gevoelens omvat.
- Gedragscomponent
 Het gedeelte van een attitude dat verwijst naar de intentie om op een
bepaalde manier te handelen ten opzichte van iemand of iets.
