I learned various business-related strategies from BUSI 1061 Introduction to Business. Every

entrepreneur, for example, must analyze and investigate difficulties related to the business he or

she desires to create. Failure to examine business-related issues results in significant losses,

resulting in the company's failure. Furthermore, the potential business challenges and the actions

that need be taken when running the firm should be thoroughly described. In diverse industries,

business difficulties range from one to the next (Grewal 2020).

Some business challenges necessitate the involvement of other parties, such as attorneys and

advocates who specialize in business-related legal concerns (Martin 2017). Unfortunately, many

people prefer to overlook difficulties that are directly relevant to their enterprises. Ignoring

possible business concerns has serious ramifications for the company. Every business owner and

entrepreneur require some basic legal planning skills and knowledge to assist in detecting

potential legal issues that may arise.

The problem of licensing is one of the business concerns I learned in class that might arise. There

are several sorts of licenses available for various types of retail companies. For example, because

we deal with technology ranging from self-driven to dynamo-driven bicycles, we need to register

with the local transportation and safety department. Despite the fact that we deal with bicycles,

we sell bicycle spare parts that we shouldn't be selling since we don't have a license to do so.

Licensing-related legal concerns arise because many people disregard the license's limitations.

The legal concerns surrounding licensing arise in particular when one attempts to supply

products and services that are not specified in the license (Martin 2017). In this instance, we will

be breaking the law by dealing with items for which we are not licensed.

However, because our company deals with a product that is utilized as a medium of

transportation, we must follow all applicable road safety standards and legislation. Protective
