MC2: Under the supervision of my mentor started to critically evaluate various treatment plans for the patient on the site. MC3: Given that am working on a site which is founded under the Christian worldview I look forward to exercising my learned expertise. MC4: Given the status of the site of practicum we discussed with the mentor on the ethical practice that I should adopt. MC2: I critically evaluated the problems, issues, and opportunities to improve patient care, patient outcomes, and organizational procedures and how to effectively implement the pressure injury framework. MC3: I continue to work under my setting with the guidance of Christian worldviews. MC2: I was able to critically evaluate evidence‐based research and other appropriate resources to inform the development of my change. MC3: Continued to embrace and share the Christian values to those patients who embraced them. MC4: Discussed a few determinants of health with my mentor and the nursing staff in our facility. MC2: I was able to critically evaluate and synthesize the articles that I found as I was trying to complete week 4 assignment; Literature Table for my EBP project. MC3: Given that I work in a metropolitan area, it’s unlikely that all patients are Christians. Through this week I was able to use my Christian worldview perspective in assisting Muslim patients. MC4: To effectively develop a proposal for my research I was able to learn about 18/08/2019 the ethics-related with the routine repositioning of patients. MC5: in this week my mentor delegated me duties to oversee the seminar preparations for our department. Through this, I was able to effectively use my learned leadership skills. D1: Through this week I was able to take part in health care policy development to influence nursing practice and health care through the research of the articles to use in my project. D2: The assignment of this week required the students to use the learned knowledge in qualitative and quantitative research in selecting the appropriate articles for the study. D3: In this week I was to effectively provide my nursing services to patients who were from the Muslim community and which proved challenging at first, however, thanks to training at GCU I was to effectively provide the treatment plan. D4: While providing services to the patients I was able to interrelate with various departments on the progress of the patients. D5: I was able to discuss the significance of prayers to Muslims to assist the Muslim patient in recovering.
