Statement of Organizational Capacity Introduction ABC organization is one of the main healthcare research firms in Florida, which was founded in 2020 with the aim of undertaking studies that are related to social factors and their impact on health. The organization has a team of data collectors and analyst who are contracted periodically during studies. Personally, am in charge of correlating findings to social aspects and their role in health, especially mental. Our mission is to understand the major elements affecting the health of different populations in Florida, especially minorities. Our studies guarantee accurate information and analysis due to the intensive and aggressive model inculcated in the organization’s culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and integrity. Quality Assurance • ABC Company ensures that ISO 9001 is followed and maintained in handling privacy and confidentiality of all correspondents (Heras‐Saizarbitoril and Boiral, 2013). • The organization has a flexible model that allows us to develop reports and studies uniquely. • The organization employs a quality continuous system in the collection and analysis of data which ensures accurate findings (Glasziou, Vandenbroucke, and Chalmers, 2004). Track Record • Completed the Florida COVID19 research on the impact of the pandemic on mental health, which was awarded for its accuracy and relevance. • St Martin’s study that reported on the impact of homelessness on education during and after the pandemic. • Completed the Florida’s 2021 study on mental health and its relationship to kinship.
