It can be tangible products like goods, and intangible products like, attitude, skills, knowledge. The hospitality industry includes the reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers, resorts, membership clubs, conventions, attractions, special events, and other services for travellers and tourists (Law et al., 2015). As a field work hospitality management of hotels, restaurants, resorts and any other institutions that are involved in the hospitality industry. Hospitality industry directly affects customer satisfaction. It creates quality employment and good image the country. A person can work as facility management service provider, travel agent. She or he can work in hotels, resorts, airports. It helps to capture tourists and business markets. Hospitality acts as major engine of economic growth. Hospitality is transforming. The sharing economy, technology and innovation are transforming and personalising the consumer experience
