1. How should Peter deal with John’s and Jane’s requests and complain from the Administrators?  Peter can require a meeting of John and Jane and address the issues of conceding both their solicitations at the same time. He can either request that they reschedule their solicitations or modify in the most ideal way to give their maximum performance. Peter can also schedule their work shifts at the same time as per the twice a week requirement, when their simultaneous presence is most demanded.  As for the administrator’s memo, Peter can share his opinions on shift adjustments, temporary hiring of staff, co-ordination and team ups in unavoidable situations, voluntary overtime by employees for no extra pay, and so on. 2. What can the organization as a whole do to address problem like these?  The organization can try and fit in part time employees to make up for suddenly, uninformed absenteeism by regular employees. The organization also can introduce employee motivation by providing bonus, perks, and holidays to regular and hardworking employees. Other than that, they also can consider outsourcing of jobs, and off-site work projects. 3. What organizational behavior issues can you identify in this case?  Mismanagement of employee issues  Dumping of work on co-workers.  Lack of time and resource management.  Too much misunderstanding and misconceptions.
