John Locke, wrote the “An Essay Concerning Human Understand
(1969).
• John Locke compared the human mind at birth to “white paper”
“…White paper, void of all characters”
-this means that the mind was crafted by the environment.
Our inalienable rights would intact, but our thoughts, lessons,
and perception of life were all formulated by experiences- not
by birth or genetics.
