Hi my name is Omar Shawly, I am both from Saudi Arabia and the Philippines. I am
currently a hospitality student at CMU. I am also a certified professional chef and I like to not
only improve menus, but also add some new ideas to make the menu more appetizing by using
fresh ingredients. I cook to satisfy my customers. Also, I have managed two restaurant branches
where I helped most line cooks find their passion in cooking and the reason why they cook for
people. What makes me unique is that I have worked in Saudi Arabia and the Philippines, this
gives me an advantage of the having the experience of working in both countries. Whenever you
need a professionally cooked dish at a reasonable price, do you have a great go to chef? Perfect
