Teachers’ responsibility to promote conducive learning and growth, when educational policy
segregate learners with disabilities from acquiring same education as normal learners. When
the authority implement regulations that overload our teachers, yet expect the best results. The
government keeps on setting the standard for education, instead of focusing on students.
Grades, performance and standard that’s what matters? Learners are not machines. That’s
what government does, focusing on obtaining quality of education. Instead of dealing with
issues that students, teachers faces. After all it depends on how we view situations.
Critical theory emphasizes that all human societies, particularly large and complex ones, are
corrupted and distorted by deep-seated power structures (Higgs & Smith, 2015). Critical theory
emphasizes criticism on power structures that government implement, aim to bring liberation
within the society, changes to free individual from power structures. Critical theory evaluate
situations of who manipulate the curriculum? Who issues regulations? And who control
