Introduction
This week we will be looking at exam style questions to facilitate your revision.
PLEASE NOTE – each of the parts of this seminar are set up as you can expect the DRE exam to be.
That is, a set of facts with associated questions for you to engage with, which require you to apply
the rules about ethical use of pre-trial processes to the facts. Consider this seminar valuable
examination preparation!
Your seminar leader is likely to assign your team one question to prepare before the seminar. Your
team will then be responsible for leading the discussion on that examination question. Please take
this preparation seriously as it will affect the quality of everyone’s revision opportunity.

guide the discussion for the question you have been assigned:
familiarise yourself with the problem scenario
identify and review the resources that your reading of the problem suggests are
relevant, and
develop preliminary answers for discussion in class.
