In this report discuss about different concepts of behavioural skills for business. Behavioural
skills training involves a blend of skills needed in interpersonal relationships, productive
emotions, effective time management, leadership styles and engaging attitudes. For any change
in approach to occur, a change in behaviour has to happen. Employees, managers and leaders
with good people’s skills are required to run organizations. The role of human behaviour is an
essential factor in work performance in any organization.
Furthermore, this report describes problem-solving approaches, conflict management,
strategies for ensuring employee respect for organizational authority, stress management and
the impact of stress, as well as effective communication and ways that can be employed in the
workplace.

Management, is an activity that makes demands on executives similar to those made by team

regardless of his or her position, must do to be successful. Thus, managers who comprehend
both the similarities and differences among management jobs enjoy certain advantages over
those who don't (Kraut et al., 1989).
