Mijn naam is XXX XXX. Ik ben als sociaal werker en kwaliteitsmedewerkers werkzaam bij
welzijnsorganisatie XXX. Deze moduleopdracht heb ik geschreven in het kader van de afronding van
de module strategisch zorgmanagement, onderdeel van de Bachelor Management in zorg.

Inmiddels ben ik ruim 9 jaar werkzaam binnen deze organisatie en ik heb daarbij verschillende kanten
van het werk mogen zien en ervaren. In 2018 heb ik de kans gekregen om mezelf door te ontwikkelen
door deze bachelor te gaan volgen.

Voor deze moduleopdracht heb ik een analyse geschreven over het strategisch plan van XXX. Een
boeiende opdracht waarmee ik de directie hoop inzicht en tips te kunnen geven voor het schrijven van
een volgend strategisch plan.
