Introduction

The Getta Byte Software project was created to develop a new software for a company’s

billing system. The current billing system is done manual, takes up too much time, and has

proven to be inaccurate. The goal of this project is to create a new system that is automatic, time

cautious, and accurate. There are many steps and factors that will go into creating this new

software. There are also a few factors that may hinder or promote certain decisions and

outcomes. These factors include, but not limited to, the budget and the time frame. To proceed

with the project, the project manager must develop a portfolio to determine many factors of the

project itself.
