The second objective, evaluating research as the basis for decision-making to improve outcomes through translation into evidence-based practice, was obtained by thoroughly researching for articles published in scholarly journals. Moreover, utilizing the South University library search engine, along with developing a comprehensive list of validated evaluation tools and techniques to evaluate my research data while explaining when each might be most useful and why.
