Everyone makes mistakes, and most people own up to their mistakes"

What is authority/credibility? (Cialdini) - Answer When the interviewer appears to be an
expert. Know the case well, know the facts, and stay consistent in those to appear
credible

What is scarcity? (Cialdini) - Answer Desiring what is rare or may not be available for
long. Urging the interviewee to come forward with the truth before someone else does
