counseling center that uses cognitive behavioral therapy for counseling, this paper is out to offer

behavior therapy (DBT) as a specific CBT treatment technique that will be received at the center.

A brief explanation of Dialectical behavior theory

, DBT is a complex cognitive behavioral treatment that aims at treating people with little

or no advancements with other therapy approaches. Dialectical behavioral therapy emphasizes

problem-solving and acceptance-based strategies. DBT functions in a model of analytic

techniques as the word dialectical refer to the procedures that bring about opposite aspects

together, including change and acceptance (Simon et al., 2022). Certified DTB providers provide

acceptance and support to individuals in therapy. A number of the people they work with have

conditions described as challenging to treat, hence working to come up with methods for

attaining objectives, advancing the well-being, and impacting permanent optimistic
